All bookings require non-refundable deposits. This includes treatments and in-person training.

Patch tests are required before appointment to ensure clients safety. Duration 10mins.

We understand that life happens, and there will be unexpected incidents. Discretion will be used but policies will be re-enforced when required. 

Cancellation 48hrs before appointment = reschedule.

Cancellation 24hrs before appointment= 50% treatment price.

Cancellation within 24hrs of appointment = 100% treatment price.

Payment is required before any future appointments.

100% treatment price to be paid before rebooking.

If your lashes had fallen out unexpectedly contact Latina Lashes 2-3days after original appointment. If later, loss of lash can be put down to other factors. Within this time frame client will come in for a free fix.
